This is a very simple, easy to use, task list management system which allows you to export your tasks to HTML, XML, or standard TXT files. It is very lightweight (the executable is less than 175KB) and is compatible with any windows based system from Windows 95 through the latest pre-releases of Windows Vista. Makes use of the latest .net Frameworks for Windows.
Task List Basic is a Shareware program.
