StopCounter is a simple yet powerful stopwatch and countdown utility. It allows you to have full stopwatch capabilities on your computer's desktop at the push of a button. You can also set it to count down to a certain time or date, giving it how many days, hours, minutes, or seconds you want to count down to. Have it remind when you pick up the kids, watch a TV show, or get the cookies out of the oven. Or, have it time how long a task takes you as you work, or any of the other countless uses.
StopCounter is a Shareware program.
