Learning the product is extremely easy, all you need to do is point it a web page or existing email and it is able to define the process.
Can also be used to schedule a series of emails to go out after an email is received, there is an unlimited number of emails, tasks and appointments that can be created. Customer history is easily built up. A great time saver.
