Your unlocked phone can then be used on any cellular network, and you will no longer receive the "Enter Subsidy Password" dialog when trying to change SIM cards. Free features include an "Info Read" function and "Compatibility Test". In order to unlock your phone, you will need to pay $25 at www.cell-unlock.com or www.motoblaze.com, or at any one of our resellers.
